Adam is a CPA certified dual US/British citizen serving as SVP of Customer Success and Growth for FloQast. He heads a team responsible for all client activity in EMEA and APAC. Adam helped take FloQast to market 10 years ago as a part of the founding sales team. Prior to that, he worked in the audit practice at Deloitte & Touche in San Francisco after achieving a Bachelor's Degree in Business Entrepreneurship and a Master's Degree in Accounting, both at the University of Southern California.
Alex is the Senior Director, Accounting at Doximity, the largest community of healthcare professionals in the United States—with over 80% of U.S. doctors as verified members. At Doximity, Alex manages financial systems, equity, expenses, payroll, and the month-end close. He was the original buyer of FloQast in 2019 and uses the product on a daily basis.

Alexandra Von Tiergarten is a district president for talent solutions firm Robert Half. In her role, she oversees the company’s finance and accounting, healthcare, administrative, and contract and consulting practice groups throughout Los Angeles County, San Fernando Valley, Ventura County and Santa Barbara Counties area. Alexandra began her career with Robert Half in 2003 and has been dedicated to assisting companies throughout Southern California find top talent and professionals find rewarding careers. She currently serves as a Board member and Chair of the Advancement Team for the Westmark School in Encino and has been recognized with several company awards for leadership and business growth.
Amy Shepard is a Solutions Consultant at FloQast with eight years of prior audit experience. She began her career with two years at a Big 4 firm doing SOX compliance and then transitioned to focus on cybersecurity and privacy for six years. She previously audited FloQast, giving her an insider's perspective on the very solution she now champions. Today, she leverages this deep understanding to demonstrate how FloQast's compliance offerings deliver tangible value to customers. Amy holds degrees from Virginia Tech and Auburn University and is based in Atlanta, Georgia.

His expertise and advice is sought by public and private companies especially in the financial services space where Andres is an accomplished thought leader. Andres has led numerous engagement teams through complex accounting and operational issues including those pertaining to the allowance for loan loss, purchase accounting, mergers and acquisitions, SEC reporting, financial planning and analysis, regulatory reporting, and general process improvement and infrastructure build.

Andy Pfertner is a seasoned finance leader with nearly 20 years of experience supporting high-growth organizations through strategic financial management, operational improvements, and systems innovation. Since 2015, he has served as Controller at JustAnswer, a global Q&A technology platform with over 700 employees, where he leads financial reporting, compliance, payroll, and finance system modernization initiatives.
Earlier in his career, Andy held financial reporting leadership roles at Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants and advanced through audit and tax positions at Grant Thornton. He has also contributed to the academic side of the profession as an adjunct professor of graduate financial accounting at San Francisco State University.
Andy holds an MBA from San Francisco State University and a B.S. in Economics from Texas A&M University. He is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) and a recipient of the Beta Gamma Sigma Distinguished Achievement Award. Based in the Boise, Idaho area, Andy balances his professional life with the rewarding challenge of raising three young children.
Ashley Griesshammer is the Vice President, Accounting & Finance at Lovevery. She has been with Lovevery since 2020. Prior to Lovevery, Ashley served in finance director roles for another retailer and a manufacturing & distribution group of companies. Originally from Michigan, Ashley has a Bachelor's degree from the University of Michigan, Stephen M Ross School of Business, and a Master's in Accounting from Grand Valley State University. She is a licensed, active CPA and CMA. She was Floqast's Controller of the Year in 2022, and an Excellence in Finance winner from the Idaho Business Review in 2021.
Charly Kevers is the Chief Financial Officer at Carta where he is responsible for leading cross-functional teams overseeing finance, accounting, treasury, risk and investor relations. In his seven years at Carta, Charly has worked as a strategic partner, growing the company from a Series C to a Series G with a valuation of $7.4 billion. Charly also led the first transactions on CartaX, the company’s own private market listing venue.
In his more than 20 years of experience, Charly has held a variety of roles, including finance, investor relations, corporate development, and strategy in multiple countries across North America, Europe, and Asia.
Before joining Carta, Charly served as the VP of Finance at marketplace lender LendingClub where he oversaw all finance activities supporting new product and strategic initiatives. Prior to LendingClub, Charly led the analysis and execution of acquisitions and strategic investments at Salesforce and held various finance and strategy positions at companies like Hewlett Packard, J.P. Morgan and Samsung, mostly focused on supporting key strategic initiatives.

A dynamic and results-oriented CPA based in Chicago, Chazery Colon brings a rich blend of experience from her time in public accounting at RSM and subsequent leadership roles within public, startup, and private equity-backed organizations. Her experience as an Associate Director of Accounting at a SaaS company, where she was a FloQast user, provided the practical insight that now fuels her work at FloQast. For the past three years at FloQast, she's leveraged her accounting knowledge to work directly with customers, identifying solutions that perfectly fit their needs.
As Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder, Chris oversees customer setup and support, product strategy and go-to-market planning. He works hands on with our new and existing clients to ensure their success in creating a faster, more accurate close process. Prior to joining FloQast, Chris was an Audit Manager at Rothstein Kass (acquired by KPMG), where he managed their largest client. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.
Dan Callaghan currently serves as Chief Accounting Officer for FloQast. Dan is a seasoned accounting and finance executive with over 30 years of experience guiding high-growth public companies across industries including eCommerce, cybersecurity, SaaS, enterprise software, and digital media. Beginning his career in Big 4 public accounting, he has since held senior leadership roles from Controller to Chief Accounting Officer.
Throughout his career, Dan has led finance teams through three IPOs—including a 25x oversubscribed offering in 2021—and raised more than $1.5 billion through various private and public funding rounds. He has supported over $3.2 billion in M&A transactions, spearheaded U.S. and international entity expansion across EMEA and APAC, and successfully implemented SOX, ERP, and ASC 606/842 frameworks.
Known for building world-class finance organizations, Dan brings deep expertise in U.S. GAAP, SEC reporting, revenue recognition, stock-based compensation, and IPO readiness.

David has extensive experience in biotech finance and accounting. For the companies he has worked for, he has significantly contributed to the company’s finance operations, accounting systems and internal controls with a particular interest in finding ways to automate or optimize processes using automation.
David is a Certified Public Accountant with a BA in accounting from Bentley University and a Master’s in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst.
A 35-year veteran of Donnelley Financial and the financial services industry, Donna has most recently been responsible for driving the strategy and product offering for ActiveDisclosure, DFIN’s financial reporting software. Throughout her career, Donna has helped pioneer industry leading web applications for financial document distributions, SEC filings and workflow automation. Donna graduated from Carnegie Mellon University and lives in Knoxville, TN.
Hugh O'Neill leads the FloQast Solution Consulting team in EMEA, working from FloQast's London offices. Prior to joining FloQast, Hugh servied in several senior accounting and financial operations positions, including Senior Director of Financial Operations at a NASDAQ listed company. He has extensive experience of leading finance teams, implementing technology, and improving the output and efficiency of finance departments. Hugh is a Chartered Accountant, training with KPMG in Dublin, and has worked in FTSE 100 finance teams.
Jason Andrews is a Senior Product Marketing Manager at FloQast, with extensive experience in finance and accounting. He began his career with five years as an auditor at Grant Thornton, then worked at Yahoo and Pre-IPO company GC Aesthetics.
As a FloQast customer for four years at Twilio, Jason as Head of Global Close and Finance Transformation Lead used the platform to manage growth, streamline record-to-report processes, and handle the challenges of being publicly listed and implementing an ERP.
Now based in Cork, Ireland, Jason lives with his partner and daughter, helping teams succeed at FloQast.
Jaysen Dyal is a Product Marketing Manager at FloQast. Prior to joining the team, Jaysen spent 6+ years as an auditor at Lindquist and, later, Armanino, making the switch and moving to LA-based tech company Jam City as a Technical Accounting and Reporting Manager, where he first became acquainted with FloQast. Jaysen recently celebrated his five-year anniversary at FloQast. He resides in Los Angeles with his wife.
Joey Jones is a CPA with over 11 years of industry experience, more than half of which have been spent leading accounting teams in fast-paced, high-growth tech environments. For the past year and a half, he has served as the Director of Accounting and Corporate Controller at Tropic Technologies, an AI-powered procurement-tech SaaS platform, where he's led the financial operations team through financial statement audits, an ERP migration, and a FloQast implementation, among other critical initiatives. Prior to Tropic, Joey spent five years at Checkr, an AI-powered background check company, holding multiple accounting leadership roles and helping to scale financial operations as the company expanded from 350 to over 1,000 employees, navigated multiple fundraising rounds, and completed key acquisitions. Joey began his career in public accounting as an auditor at CBIZ MHM and Bennett Thrasher.
As President and Chief Revenue Officer, Josh oversees all go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Customer Success). Prior to joining FloQast, he served in various executive roles, including President and Chief Revenue Officer at nCino, a leading cloud banking platform. With extensive experience in revenue generation and business strategy, Glover brings a wealth of expertise to his new position. A decorated veteran, he served with distinction as a Marine Corps Special Operations and Infantry Officer, earning numerous accolades for his leadership and valor. Glover is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.
Justin Johnston is the Controller and VP of Finance at Revel Media Group, bringing over 20 years of experience in accounting and finance. For the past five years, he has applied his financial acumen in the tech sector on the Solutions Consulting team at FloQast, bridging the gap between complex accounting software and client needs. Kevin resides in the Columbus, Ohio area.
Kim Estes is a seasoned finance executive with deep expertise in leading complex transformations at high-growth, private equity-backed companies. As Senior Vice President of Finance & Accounting at Duck Creek Technologies, she oversees the global finance and accounting function and plays a key role in driving operational scalability and strategic finance initiatives.

Marc Reicher is Director of Product Management at FloQast, where he’s spent over nine years helping build and scale products. He started his career in public accounting at PwC, spending two years on SOX and financial statement audits. In 2016, Marc made the leap to tech and joined FloQast as a software engineer on the Close Management product, focusing on workflow management and ERP integrations. He later moved into product management and is a founding member of the Compliance Management product, which he now leads. Marc holds a degree from UCLA, is an active CPA, and is based in Los Angeles, California.

As Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder, Mike leads FloQast’s corporate vision, strategy and execution. He began his career at Ernst & Young in Los Angeles where he performed public company audits, opening balance sheet audits, cash to GAAP restatements, compilation reviews, international reporting, merger and acquisition audits and SOX compliance testing. Mike is also the author of Controller's Code: The Secret Formula to a Successful Career in Finance, an Amazon Best Seller providing career guidance for finance professionals. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.

Rachel Geller joined Insight Partners in 2008, where she leads investments in high-growth software companies with a focus on application software.
Rachel began her career at Insight as part of Onsite, where she scaled and led the strategy and M&A team. Rachel has provided investment, growth and M&A support for more than 50 portfolio companies, including FloQast, Employment Hero, Conga, Qualtrics (acquired by SAP), HealthcareSource (acquired by Francisco Partners), Kinnser (acquired by Mediware), eVestment (acquired by NASDAQ), and HauteLook (acquired by Nordstrom). Prior to joining Insight, Rachel worked as a strategy consultant and product marketer at American Express.
As Chief Financial Officer, Razzak leads FloQast's accounting, finance, and business operations. Prior to joining the team, Jallow served as the vice president of finance at Looker – a data analytics company which was acquired by Google in 2019. As a veteran finance professional in the SaaS space, Razzak possesses a wealth of experience in financial planning and analysis, accounting, and investor operations – for both public and private companies, including Google, Apple, and Adobe.
Rick is a retired Big-4 risk consulting partner and has served 63 Fortune 500 clients over his career. He spent over 30 years helping Chief Audit Executives, Compliance Officers, the CFO, and their audit committees reduce the cost of compliance and improve operational performance. During his career, he’s helped over 60 clients with internal audit and compliance matters, and helped 15 IPO’s establish nimble compliance programs using technology. He leads the finance committee of the board of directors for Sheltering Arms Inc. and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Buckhead Coalition.
Rob is a seasoned entrepreneur with a proven track record of building and scaling innovative technology companies. He was a founding team member of AvantGo, which went public, and Kace Networks, which was successfully acquired by Dell. With a career rooted in driving growth and operational excellence, Rob continues to play a pivotal role in the tech ecosystem.
He currently serves as Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Mach 1 AI, a company focused on AI-driven solutions, and as Chief Operating Officer of TraceVision. In addition, Rob has been a dedicated board member at FloQast since 2014, contributing his deep operational expertise and strategic insight to support the company’s long-term growth and success.
Roshan Chekuri joined FloQast in 2017 as part of the sales team before spearheading the development of the company’s Private Equity and Venture Capital partnership vertical. He later transitioned into a role in the office of the CEO, where he led several zero-to-one strategic initiatives, most notably taking FloQast's Compliance product to market. Now, as General Manager of AI Solutions, Roshan is driving the go-to-market strategy for FloQast’s AI platform, shaping the future of AI-powered accounting solutions, and enabling the market's transition into the world of agents.
Roy Luo is a General Partner at ICONIQ Growth. He joined ICONIQ Growth in 2018 and currently serves on the board of directors of Pepper, FloQast, NinjaOne, Primer, Enfusion, Conexiom, and Truckstop. Roy also helped lead ICONIQ Growth’s investments in Figma, Incident IQ, Canva, dbt Labs, Groww, Clara, Ramp, Restaurant365, Bill.com, and HighRadius. Prior to joining ICONIQ Growth, Roy was an investor at Technology Crossover Ventures. Prior to that, he served in various roles at Goldman Sachs. Roy received his B.S. in Biology and Economics at Yale University.
Sarah joined global finance automation company Tipalti as its first-ever CFO in 2018, building out its finance and accounting departments and overseeing legal and HR for several years. Since joining, Sarah has led multiple funding rounds totaling more than $700M in equity and debt raises—the most recent in 2021 at a valuation of more than $8B—and spearheaded the company’s first acquisition. At Tipalti, Sarah drives the adoption of Tipalti’s own product suite in the finance tech stack as a combination of a power user, voice of customer, and product tester for all of Tipalti’s broad suite of solutions.

Seamus joined Lucid in 2021 with over two decades worth of financial management and operational experience in both public and private technology companies. He previously served as CFO at Udacity, Big Switch Networks, and Ruckus Wireless. During his eight-year tenure as CFO at Ruckus Wireless, he led the company from early-stage startup through its successful IPO in 2012 and acquisition by Brocade Communications Systems in 2016. Seamus holds a Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Limerick, Ireland.
Sean Jacobsohn is a partner at Norwest and a former enterprise cloud executive with broad technology, sales, and business development expertise. He focuses on early to late-stage investment opportunities in enterprise cloud, including mobile-first business applications, human-assisted AI, B2B marketplaces, and industry cloud solutions.
Sean was previously a venture partner at Emergence Capital Partners where he focused on enterprise cloud investments, after being an executive and advisor at Emergence Capital portfolio companies Hightail and Doximity, respectively. Previously he was VP of Channel Management at Cornerstone OnDemand (NASDAQ: CSOD), a human capital management software-as-a-service provider. Sean helped grow the company from $7 million to $75 million in revenue and 300,000 subscribers to over 7.5 million. Before his tenure at Cornerstone OnDemand, Sean was VP of Sales and Partner Development at WageWorks (NYSE: WAGE), a leading provider of consumer-directed spending solutions, which grew from $3 million to $82 million in revenue during his tenure. Prior to WageWorks, he was at Upwork (NYSE: UPWK), the world’s largest marketplace of contractors.

He’s co-founder of the HBS Alumni Angels, the largest university-affiliated angel group in the world, and is the Founder, Chief Historian, and Collector for the Failure Museum.
Shivang started his career in public accounting as an auditor for several years, focused on SEC/Technology & Compliance audits. He then transitioned to the industry, where he played a key role in the Ruckus Wireless' IPO and global SAP implementation across their subsidiaries. Over the past 10 years at FloQast, Shivang has held a variety of GTM roles -- including being a founding member of the sales team, establishing and scaling our Solutions Consulting function, strategic alliances with ERP providers, competitive intelligence, launching and scaling a new product line and most recently, leading the Product Marketing function driving the launch of AI Agents at FloQast.
Simone Heard is a seasoned recruitment leader with over a decade of experience in building and scaling high-performing teams within the gaming and entertainment industries. At Jam City, she has been instrumental in developing the talent acquisition function from the ground up, aligning recruitment strategies with the company's growth objectives and fostering a culture of innovation and inclusivity.
Toral Patel is a seasoned accounting and reporting executive with over 30 years of experience leading accounting operations, compliance, and financial reporting for medium-to large-sized technology companies. Currently Vice President and Controller at ThoughtSpot Inc., she drives IPO readiness, SOX implementation, multi-entity accounting management, and process automation while mentoring teams and collaborating across departments. Toral has held leadership roles at BlueJeans Network, Chegg Inc., and other tech firms, where she optimized month-end close processes, implemented accounting systems such as Oracle, Coupa and NetSuite, enhanced internal controls, and managed audits. Known for her detail-oriented, logical approach and high business ethics, she has supported multiple IPOs and acquisitions throughout her career.
Vicky brings 20 years in finance and accounting to her role as VP, Information Security and Compliance at FloQast. A first-generation college graduate, she earned her B.S. in business leadership magna cum laude from Vanguard University. LeVay’s career includes project management roles at Sungard, Breitburn Management and Slalom, focusing on compliance and risk. Joining FloQast in 2020 during the pandemic, she built the compliance department from scratch, achieving significant certifications like SOC 2 Type 2, ISO 42001, and ISO 27001. She created an agile international privacy program, supporting FloQast’s global expansion. LeVay also champions women in the workplace, designing leadership programs and speaking at industry events like IAPP. She initiated a veteran mentorship program at a previous firm through Hiring Our Heroes.
