As CEO and Co-Founder, Mike leads FloQast’s corporate vision, strategy and execution. Prior to founding FloQast, he managed the accounting team at Cornerstone OnDemand, a SaaS company in Los Angeles. He began his career at Ernst & Young in Los Angeles where he performed public company audits, opening balance sheet audits, cash to GAAP restatements, compilation reviews, international reporting, merger and acquisition audits and SOX compliance testing. Mike is also the author of Controller's Code: The Secret Formula to a Successful Career in Finance, an Amazon Best Seller providing career guidance for finance professionals. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.

As Chief Product Officer and Co-Founder, Chris oversees customer setup and support, product strategy and go-to-market planning. He works hands on with our new and existing clients to ensure their success in creating a faster, more accurate close process. Prior to joining FloQast, Chris was an Audit Manager at Rothstein Kass (acquired by KPMG), where he managed their largest client. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from Syracuse University.

As President and Chief Revenue Officer, Josh oversees all go-to-market teams (Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Customer Success). Prior to joining FloQast, he served in various executive roles, including President and Chief Revenue Officer at nCino, a leading cloud banking platform. With extensive experience in revenue generation and business strategy, Glover brings a wealth of expertise to his new position. A decorated veteran, he served with distinction as a Marine Corps Special Operations and Infantry Officer, earning numerous accolades for his leadership and valor. Glover is a graduate of the U.S. Naval Academy and holds an MBA from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

As an industry veteran, Ed brings more than 18 years of marketing experience in developing new markets and businesses for evolving technology in enterprise applications, artificial intelligence, and information security. Ed has held several executive-level positions including those at Sony and SAP. Ed is a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), a frequent speaker on evolving trends in marketing and technology, and an award-winning photographer and time-lapse film-maker.

Erik joined as FloQast's General Counsel and first legal hire in 2017. As General Counsel he oversees and manages FloQast's Compliance & InfoSec, Facilities, HR, Legal and Recruiting Departments. Prior to joining FloQast, Erik practiced law at Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP and Kleinberg, Kaplan, Wolff & Cohen, P.C. where his practice concentrated in the areas of M&A, investor activism and corporate governance. Erik received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, an MDiv with honors from Yale Divinity School and a B.A. magna cum laude from Boston College.

With more than two decades of engineering leadership experience, Amit has led engineering teams at GoDaddy, Pearson, Quark Software and Rivet Software where he worked closely with business and product teams to deliver multiple industry leading B2B SaaS offerings. Adam is a CPA certified dual US/British citizen serving as Managing Director of EMEA for FloQast to improve companies' abilities to close the books faster without the hassle. He heads a team responsible for all client activity in all of EMEA. Adam worked in the audit practice at Deloitte & Touche in San Francisco, auditing both private and public clients, and overseeing the inner-workings of accounting departments meeting deadlines for SOX compliance and internal management. He joined Deloitte after achieving a Bachelor's Degree in Business Entrepreneurship and a Master's Degree in Accounting, both at the University of Southern California.
